Design Services
Renaissance Interior Design is a full service company that guarantees excellence in design services for residential projects. With the client’s particular budget in mind, each project is tailored to meet the client’s desired goals and expectations. After analysis of the client’s project in light of their particular budget, a proposal is submitted for approval. Fees are pre-determined from the beginning, and a contract and deposit are mutually agreed upon prior to any work starting. Select services are also available on an hourly basis only. Here is a list of the services that we offer:

Remodeling - Contractual
Renaissance can assist or find a contractor or architect for the execution of a project. Each project is different and this service is available by proposal only.

Space Planning - Contractual/Hourly fees
Renaissance can provide floor plans, elevation and rendering based on particular needs. Plans will be executed according pre-arranged hourly fees. Renaissance can also help clients with their existing floor plan and furniture to improve traffic flow and aesthetic.

Color Analysis - Hourly fees
Renaissance can provide its expertise in analyzing the existing colors in your house and submitting ideas to improve the flow of colors and textures. A paint plan can be submitted. Sub-traders can also be recommended if needed to execute the work.

Custom Window Treatment - Contractual/Hourly fees
Renaissance can design new window treatments and select fabrics and trims. Renaissance will select the workroom that is the best suited to the execution of the project.

Home Accessories - Hourly fees
Renaissance can shop with clients or on client’s behalf to accessorize a room/house with different suppliers, such as trade, retailers, and antique dealers.

Wall finishes - Contractual/Hourly fees
Renaissance can select with client the suited wall finish desired and will select the best sub-trader to execute the work. Colors, paint finishes, wallpaper, faux finishes, textures, will all be executed with the proven experience of France’s hand picked painters, wallpaper hangers, etc.

Floor Finishes - Contractual/Hourly fees
Renaissance can select the best choice of carpets, area rugs, oriental rugs, wood flooring, tile, and marble. France will select the best sub-trade to execute the particular project.

Home Staging - Contractual Fees - $750.00
This is a pre-sale design call geared toward helping home owners or real state agents with the sale of a house. A large part of selling a house is to neutralize some features, de-clutter some rooms, re-arrange some accessories and furniture, and re-paint some rooms. Renaissance will provide easy-to-implement solutions and suggestions to increase your market value.
